Experience:

Luis Molero is the partner in charge of the Firm’s Criminal Law practice in Andalucía and the Canary Islands. His professional career has focused exclusively on white-collar crime and business law, joining Garrigues in 2006 after amassing extensive experience as co-founder of the law firm Sm Abogados. He has wide-ranging professional expertise in managing all kinds of criminal proceedings, in particular, crimes against worker safety, crimes against natural resources and the environment, fraud, corporate crime and crimes against the public treasury.

He has advised companies and corporate directors on the design of criminal risk management systems with a view to avoiding or reducing the criminal liability of legal entities.
