Lucía Segarra Cobo
Lucía Segarra Cobo is a senior associate in the Corporate/Commercial Law practice of the Valencia office.
She focuses on domestic and international civil and commercial contracts, the provision of recurring corporate advice, corporate restructuring processes, such as mergers and acquisitions, and debt refinancing, as well as acquisitions of production units and assets of insolvent companies and companies in the process of liquidation.
She also specializes in investment by foreign clients in Spain, advising on international business matters, investment agreements and joint ventures.
Among other fields, she has expertise in advising on EU and antitrust law, the sale, purchase and licensing of trademarks, patents and know-how, and on real estate transactions.
She has been an associate lecturer in the Department of International Private Law at Universidad de Valencia since 2014.
Lucía Segarra Cobo is a member of the Valencia Bar Association.
Law degree, Universidad de Valencia; Expert Diploma in Spanish and European Antitrust Law, Instituto Estudios Bursátiles; and Diploma in Fundamentals of American Law and Common Law Methodology, Centro de Estudios Garrigues in collaboration with the European Legal Studies Center of Columbia Law School (New York).
