Leopoldo Juan Reaño García
Leopoldo is a senior associate in the Administrative Law, Planning and Zoning and Environmental practice.
He has broad experience in all types of proceedings in the administrative jurisdiction (administrative appeals, penalty proceedings, etc.) and in the judicial review jurisdiction.
He also provides recurring advice to the public and private sector in the areas of public procurement, commerce, consumers and users, and regulated sectors, notably the telecommunications sector.
Leopoldo is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
