Juan Francisco Cruz Escribano is a senior associate in the Administrative Law practice area. He joined the firm in 2007.
He has extensive experience in advising the public sector on public procurement, property and planning. In the area of public procurement, he assists in the drafting of terms of reference and provides recurring advice to the awardees of public contracts. In the field of planning, he prepares legal opinions on a wide range of issues concerning the application of zoning legislation to specific cases and acts as legal counsel in lawsuits filed against plans drawn up by the public authorities. He also provides a variety of legal advice on zoning enforcement, the drafting of planning instruments, condemnation, regional incentives and subsidies.
He regularly advises a number of local bodies in the autonomous community of Valencia.
He is an assistant lecturer on the Legal Architecture course offered by Universidad CEU Cardenal Herrera (Campus Moncada) (2012-2013 and 2014-2015 academic years).
