José Joaquín Verdugo is a principal associate of the civil litigation and national and international arbitration practice.
He has extensive experience in the representation of clients in high complexity litigation and arbitration cases, and in negotiation and mediation processes.
Experience
José Joaquín has adviced clients in conflits of a wide variety of fields, such as mining, construction, energy and corporate, between many others.
He also serves as the Secretary of Arbitral Tribunals of the Center of Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce of Santiago.
Before his incorporation to Garrigues, he worked in the litigation and arbitration practice of the lawfirm Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos (2013-2016).
