Johanna specializes in local and international financing deals, project finance, administrative law and regulatory compliance in general, and telecommunications, with extensive experience in providing legal advice to both the public and private sectors on the implementation of infrastructure projects, processes to promote private investment, free competition, unfair competition and private works contracts.
Before joining Garrigues, she was head of compliance at Azteca Comunicaciones Perú S.A.C. and formed part of Estudio Echecopar – Baker & McKenzie.
