Joaquín Hellín Rubio
Joaquín Hellín Rubio is a senior associate in the Corporate/Commercial Law practice.
He has extensive experience in restructuring bank debt, having participated in numerous processes for the negotiation and formalization of debt refinancing agreements.
He also actively participates in many corporate acquisition processes and business restructuring transactions, including deals involving foreign investors.
He has also taken part in numerous real estate transactions.
He provides recurring advice to clients on commercial contracts and on corporate matters, as well as on ordinary real estate transactions.
