Regarding cooperative law, Jennifer provides, among others, recurrent services for the Secretary of the Board of Directors, advice on the incorporation and operation of its corporate bodies, regulatory amendments, cooperative business restructuring (transformation, spin-off, merger, conversion into or from cooperatives, incorporation and supression of Sections, etc.), inter-cooperative relations (of the cooperative with the Corporation or second degree cooperative to which it is adhered, of the cooperative with its members, etc.). Likewise, she has provided advice in the elaboration of proposals and amendments to regulations with an impact on the Social Economy sector.
