Javier Aguado is a partner in the Firm’s Basque Country Litigation Department, where he has spent his entire professional career following a seven-year stint at a local practice. Specializing in managing conflict between companies and court intervention, in both the civil (including the commercial courts) and criminal jurisdictions. Among other areas, he has experience in industrial facilities, the performance of works for various types of developers, the problems specific to unincorporated joint ventures, contract-related disputes between businesses, corporate conflicts and the various problems arising out of insolvency proceedings. Elsewhere, in the criminal jurisdiction, he has participated in engagements concerning occupational accidents, industrial and intellectual property rights and tax claims.
Javier is a member of the Vizcaya Bar Association.
Degree in Economic and Business from Universidad de Deusto.
