Jabier Gómez Miralles
Jabier Gómez Miralles is a senior associate in the practice areas of Administrative Law, Planning and Zoning, and Environmental. He is also part of the Energy practice area.
He has extensive experience in providing assistance to companies across all regulated industries, particularly the energy industry. He has advised electricity and gas companies on numerous regulatory matters (permits, reorganizations and the acquisition of assets and holdings). In general, as regards public law, he advises companies and authorities on matters relating to town planning, coasts, public procurement, public property, penalty proceedings, subsidies, infrastructure and tortious liability. In the litigation field, he represents clients before the judicial review courts and the Constitutional Court.
He is an associate lecturer at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, on the “Regulated Industries” course.
