Isabel Arias is a senior associate in the Litigation and Arbitration department.
She has extensive expertise in representing clients in court and arbitration proceeding in civil and corporate/commercial matters and in pre- and post- litigation negotiations.
Her experience covers, in particular, large-scale monetary claims; enforcement proceedings with and without collateral; structured banking products; building law; civil claims as a result of zoning processes; proceedings involving leases and condominium property; challenging corporate resolutions; dissolution of companies; and directors’ liability.
She also provides recurring advice on family and inheritance matters.
She lectured at Escuela de Práctica Jurídica, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, in 2014 and 2015. She has also spoken at various courses organized by institutions such as AFI.
