Iñaki Marrodán is a senior associate in the Administrative Law, Planning and Zoning, Environmental and Tourism & Hotels practices.
He has broad experience in this branch of public law and in all types of administrative and judicial review proceedings relating to the civil service, local government, planning and zoning, government procurement, administrative procedures, penalties, government liability claims, etc.
He also provides recurring advice to both public and private entities on matters relating to public sector contracts and regulated sectors, in particular, planning and zoning, environment, tourism, water, coastlines and condemnation proceedings.
Iñaki Marrodán has lectured on administrative law at Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE E-3).
