Gonzalo Martín is the Partner in charge of the Corporate/Commercial and Company Law Department at Garrigues’ Alicante office, where he has pursued his professional career following a stint at Arthur Andersen. He specializes in corporate/commercial and company law and his prior experience as a tax lawyer leaves him ideally placed to negotiate complex contracts, as well as to handle company reorganizations and restructurings.
Gonzalo has taken part in numerous M&A deals and has received unanimous acclaim as one of the leading lawyers in Alicante in the field of corporate refinancing processes.
Elsewhere, he has in-depth knowledge of tax and real estate law and has sat as Non-Director Secretary on the Boards of Directors of various groups of companies. Gonzalo is also a regular speaker at seminars and conferences staged by the Firm and a host of specialized centers, having lectured for many years on the Masters’ Degree in International Trade and the Postgraduate Course in Zoning at Universidad de Alicante.
