Félix Ferreño Pérez
Félix Ferreño is a principal associate in the Corporate/Commercial Law Department. He advises clients across a broad range of sectors on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, capital markets transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructuring processes.
Félix has particular experience advising clients in the insurance and private equity industries. He has represented both banks and insurers in several of the most recent bancassurance and reinsurance deals, and has extensive experience advising clients at all stages of the private equity investment cycle.
Félix joined Garrigues in September 2007. From September 2013 to September 2014 he was seconded to the London office of Cravath as Foreign Corporate Associate. During this time he focused on both equity and debt capital market transactions, gaining considerable expertise in high-yield bond offerings.
Félix Ferreño is member of the Madrid Bar Association.
