Felipe Cegarra Cervantes is a senior associate in the Labor and Employment Law department.
He provides recurring advice on collective bargaining, corporate restructuring and insolvency, collective procedures (ERE), collective dismissals, application of internal flexibility measures, drafting of equality plans, design of remuneration policies and professional groups, senior management contracts, social security benefits, and application of legislative provisions on occupational risk prevention and health & safety in the workplace.
He has broad expertise in acting before the courts as well as before the Labor and Social Security Inspection Authorities and the labor authorities.
He lectures in Labor and Social Security Law at Universidad de Murcia.
