Federico Heras Rubí
Federico Heras is a senior associate in the Corporate/Commercial Law practice, having joined Garrigues in 2007.
He specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and domestic and international contracts.
His professional practice habitually focuses on the provision of recurring corporate advice to domestic and international business groups. He also has extensive expertise and has participated in numerous M&A deals, restructuring processes and private equity transactions involving companies in a wide range of industries.
Federico Heras Rubí is a member of the Granada Bar Association. He has been a speaker at seminars and conferences organized by the firm and by other institutions and organizations (APREAN, Department of Economy, Innovation, Science and Employment of the Andalucía Regional Government, Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía, among others), and a tutor and coordinator of the corporate/commercial area of the Executive Master’s Degree in Business Law at Centro de Estudios Garrigues (2011-2012).
