Elisa Caldeiro is a partner in the Labor and Employment Law Department of Garrigues, having joined the firm in September 1998.

She is an expert in providing employment law advice to companies and defending their interests in proceedings before the labor courts. She also prepares reports and legal opinions on her area of expertise and participates in collective bargaining processes.

Elisa has extensive experience in special employment relationships, procedures for the termination of contracts, modifications to working conditions as well as the impact of mergers and acquisitions from a labor law perspective.

She specializes in all areas of employment law, with particular focus on labor litigation.
