Daniel Pérez García
Daniel Pérez is a senior associate in the Litigation and Arbitration department.
He has extensive expertise in civil and corporate/commercial litigation and he regularly acts before Spanish Courts and national/international arbitration tribunals, under different applicable laws and in several languages.
Daniel regularly defends and acts as counsel for clients in a wide range of civil and corporate/commercial matters such as contractual disputes, corporate lawsuits, complex construction contracts, franchising, agency and distribution, unfair competition, professional liability and recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments.
He has won several university debate competitions and he is currently Debate and Oratory professor at Universidad Pontificia Comillas de Madrid (ICADE).
Daniel is a member of the Madrid Bar Association, the Spanish Arbitration Club and ICADE Association.
