Daniel Diez Monge is a senior associate in the Labor and Employment Law practice.
He joined the firm in 2010.
His professional practice focuses mainly on the provision of legal advice to companies on a range of labor law and social security issues.
He has extensive experience in judicial and nonjudicial proceedings throughout Spain in relation to labor, social security and occupational risk prevention matters.
He provides recurring advice on labor and social security matters to some of the largest companies in Castilla y León, having participated in numerous workforce downsizing and internal flexibility procedures (modification of working conditions, temporary layoffs, collective dismissals).
He has taught on the Master’s Degree in Legal and Tax Counseling for Businesses at the School of Business of Valladolid Chamber of Commerce since 2015.
Daniel Diez Monge is a member of the Valladolid Bar Association (ICAVA) and of the Valladolid Economists’ Association (ECOVA).
