César González Ramos
César González Ramos is a principal associate in the Administrative Law, Planning and Zoning and Environmental practices.
He has extensive experience in providing legal advisory services, representing clients in legal proceedings, preparing legal reports and opinions and preparing pleadings and appeals in the administrative jurisdiction, as well as participating in negotiations for individuals and private companies that are leaders in their industries, as well as for the public authorities, public law entities and companies from the public autonomous community and local government sector. He has also provided legal advisory services relating to the drafting of preliminary bills and general administrative provisions, mainly in the area of inspections, planning and zoning penalties, and administrative reorganization.
In addition, he provides recurring advice to the above persons and entities in such areas as public procurement, infrastructure, regulated sectors, state liability, condemnation, planning, transportation (land, port and air), subsidies and administrative penalties.
He is currently an associate lecturer in the Administrative Law and Litigation Department at Universidad de Valencia, as well as in the Master’s in Administrative Law and Public Administration at the same university. He was a lecturer at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and has also taught in the Master’s in the Environment of the Pascual Madoz Institute of Zoning, Planning and the Environment of Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, in the Winter Courses (post-graduate specialization courses) of Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, at the National Public Administration Institute and in the Planning Law Courses at IVIMA.
César González Ramos is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.

He has published various articles on matters relating to transportation, the environment, administrative organization and procedure and state liability in various scientific reviews: Revista Española de Derecho Administrativo, Actualidad Administrativa, Revista Aragonesa de Administración Pública, Ecosostenible and Revista Parlamentaria de la Asamblea de Madrid.
