Advising companies subject to technical insolvency or imminent technical insolvency.
Advising on debt restructuring, mainly bank debt.
Acting as legal counsel in insolvency proceedings, from the perspective of both debtors and creditors.
Drafting proposed arrangements with creditors, including those involving corporate transactions.
Advising on and preparing acquisitions of production units as part of insolvency proceedings.
