Beatriz Faces joined Garrigues in 2009 and is currently a senior associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice.
She has extensive experience in civil and insolvency matters, having participated and acted as legal counsel in all kinds of civil, insolvency (acting for both creditors and insolvent parties) and arbitration proceedings.
Beatriz provides recurring advice to financial institutions on banking law matters, to media outlets in proceedings for the protection of personality rights (right of honor, privacy and personal portrayal), and to cooperatives. She also has expertise in real estate and construction law, corporate proceedings (challenge of corporate resolutions, directors’ liability, etc.) and in providing legal advice to corporate managers of real estate complexes (particularly acting as legal counsel in eviction proceedings and debt recovery actions), among others.
She has been a tutor for a number of years on the Executive Master’s Degree in Business Law at Centro de Estudios Garrigues in collaboration with Harvard University.
Beatriz has been a practicing member of the Seville Bar Association since September 2009.
