Antonio Romano Encinas

Experience:

Antonio has focused his practice on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, project finance, real estate transactions and foreign investment law, as well as civil and commercial agreements. 
 
Before joining the Corporate Law Department at Garrigues Mexico, S.C., Antonio has worked for the Spanish firm J&A Garrigues, S.L.P. (Madrid, Spain) and for the Mexican firm Torres Lindsey Abogados, S.C. (Monterrey, Nuevo León).
 
He has been responsible for preparing and negotiating domestic and cross-border transactions.
 
Antonio Romano is admitted to practice law in Mexico and in Spain. He is member of the International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi.
