Antonio Javier Albarreal Troya is a senior associate in Garrigues' Tax practice area in Seville, where he has pursued his professional career since joining Garrigues in September 2011.
He has extensive experience advising on the general taxation of individuals (personal income tax, inheritance tax, etc.) and also in counseling legal entities in relation to the taxation of corporate operations (corporate income tax, VAT, etc.), consolidated tax groups, and tax management and inspection proceedings.
He also provides advice on an ongoing basis on international taxation issues (Spanish investment abroad, double tax treaties, expatriate regimes, etc.), and on transfer pricing.
