Angela is senior associate in the antitrust law and infrastructure practice areas. In her more than ten years’ professional experience she has focused on advising clients on the effects of their business transactions in relation to antitrust and merger control matters, personal data protection and consumer protection. She also advises on infrastructure projects and regulated industries. She has worked at major law firms in Colombia and at the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce on restrictive practices.
She has a law degree and an economics degree from Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá. She also has a Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Business Law from Tilburg University (the Netherlands), for which she obtained a cum laude distinction; and she completed a specialized course on European Competition Law at Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles, Madrid.
