Alejandro José Suárez Gutiérrez is a senior associate in the Administrative Law department at Garrigues (Oviedo), where he has been a practicing lawyer since September 2007.
He has extensive expertise in all kinds of administrative proceedings (e.g. penalty proceedings, public procurement and administrative appeals) and has acted in numerous cases involving public assets, authorizations and concessions, subsidies, telecommunications and civil service employment, among others. He also provides recurring advice on planning and zoning and on real state.
He has represented clients in a range of appeals for judicial review before the Supreme Court, the National Appellate Court and the High Courts.
