Alejandro is a senior associate in the Competition Law, Litigation and Arbitration practices.
 
He has dedicated his practice to the Competition Law, Intellectual Property, Data Protection and Consumer Protection areas. Being trained as a specialist in procedural law, he is focuses on judicial and administrative litigation.
 
On the other hand, he advises clients in corporate and commercial matters, especially regarding the effects of their business operations in competition matters, as well as those related to the merger control regime in Colombia.
 
He has worked in important law firms in Colombia, specializing in unfair competition litigation and in the representation of clients in antitrust investigations.

Academic background:

Lawyer of Universidad de los Andes (Bogotá, Colombia), with emphasis in Consumer Law and Uniform International Trade Law of the Universidad Carlos Tercero de Madrid. Specialist in Civil Procedural Law of Universidad Externado de Colombia and Candidate to the LL.M. in International Transactions of the Centro de Estudios Garrigues and Universidad de Nebrija.
