Alberto Guerra is a partner at the Firm and has pursued his entire professional career at the Bilbao office, having joined Garrigues in 1997. He specializes in both business and contract-related aspects of corporate/commercial law. He is secretary and legal counselor to numerous companies, specializing in structural modifications, acquisitions and contracts in general, as well as advising family companies on generational handovers and inheritance law-related matters.
Moreover, he speaks regularly at seminars and conferences staged by the Firm and various specialist centers (APD, CEOE, CEBEK-CEPYME, Colegio de Economistas, etc.).
Lecturer and member of the examining board of the Master’s Degree in Business Law Advisory Services at Universidad de Deusto, he also contributes to and speaks at courses and seminars of the Family Business Chair at Universidad del País Vasco UPV-EHU.
Alberto is a member of the Gipuzkoa Bar Association.
