We have a rolling selection process throughout the year. It is a process that allows us to get to know each other through the sharing of impressions and expectations.

Selection process for new hires

Our recruitment process comprises two phases:

PHASE 1:Group dynamic. Multiple-choice test. English proficiency test.

PHASE 2: Personality test and HR interview.
