Set out below is the work calendar for the next year, published in the Ruling, of October 30, 2012, by the Directorate-General of Employment, approving the list of public holidays for 2013.

As you can see, there are eight non substitutable national public holidays, to which the national public holidays, for which the autonomous communities have not exercised their substitution right, and the autonomous community holidays, have been added. In addition to these, local public holidays will have to be added likewise.
