Ignacio Corbera, new head of the London Office
Garrigues has named Corporate Partner Ignacio Corbera Dale as the new head of the London office. Corbera takes over from Corporate Partner Guillermo Muñoz-Alonso, who will return to the Firm’s HQ in Madrid after his three-year tenure in the British capital.
Corbera holds a Law Degree from Universidad Autónoma of Barcelona and post-graduate studies on European law from the College of Europe in Bruges Belgium. Since he joined Garrigues in 1990, Corbera has developed his professional activity in the Barcelona office. He is specialized in Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Law and Contract law.
Among his teaching experience stand out several collaborations in postgraduate programs at the “Universitat Pompeu Fabra” (Barcelona), Barcelona Bar Association (Master in Business Law) and the International Law Program of the Escuela de Administración de Empresas, educational centre belonging to the “Universitat Politècnica de Barcelona”.
