The I Housing Observatory presents its conlusions to the Parliament
The conclusions include reflections about the problems in the leasing market, tax policies, access to protected housing, ground liberalization and sustainable development together with many other important subjects.
Antonio Garrigues, President of Garrigues and the Observatory; José Marqueño, President of the Consejo General del Notariado; Pedro Gómez de la Serna, lawyer at Garrigues and coordinator of the Observatory and Ignacio Navas, notary and coordinator of the platform, were in charge of discussing the conclusions in detail and coming up with solutions in order to improve the problem of difficult access to housing in Spain.
