Agreement for the Exchange of Information on Tax Matters

Presidential Decree no. 37/2017, of 16 May was officially published, which ratifies the Agreement between the Portuguese Republic and the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis for the Exchange of Information on Tax Matters, signed in Basseterre on 29 July 2010, and which was approved by the Parliament Resolution no. 78/2017, of 6 January 2017.

This Agreement shall enter into force 30 days after the Contracting States being notified that all the necessary internal procedures were taken.
