Marcos Araujo Boyd 


Professional Experience

Marcos Araujo is the head of the EU and Competition Law Department of Garrigues. His professional career has focused on competition law, particularly infringement proceedings and merger control before EU and Spanish administrative authorities.

For more than twenty years, Marcos has worked with numerous companies from a wide range of industrial and service sectors, and particularly in the energy, automotive, transport and pharmaceutical distribution industries.

Marcos has extensive teaching experience and is a speaker at various forums.

Academic Background

Law Degree, Universidad de Alicante (1981-1986).
