Before joining Antes GARRIGUES, he pursued his professional career at BAKER & McKENZIE, where he was Partner in the Labor and Employment Law Department.
Specializes in collective bargaining, company restructuring (work center closures, assignments, modifications to working conditions), employment contract terminations and civil liability proceedings, post-contractual non-compete agreements, senior management relationships, and all manner of litigation proceedings in the labor jurisdiction. He also advises both multinational companies and SMEs from a range of industries.
