With a view to providing cover for our clients in Central and Eastern Europe, Garrigues opened an office in Warsaw in January 2007. Operating in accordance with the firm’s own parameters of quality, ethics and professional service, the Warsaw office provides services in projects carried out across Poland and also advises and coordinates professional engagements in neighboring countries, such as the Czech Republic, Hungary, Ukraine, Bulgaria and Romania.
Its legal practice is based on a team of Polish lawyers, with longstanding professional experience both inside Poland and at an international level. The rest of the team is made up of Spanish lawyers, who are professionally qualified in Poland, enabling them to coordinate projects directly with their clients’ managers in those countries.
Consequently, Garrigues’ Warsaw office provides legal services in Polish law, has Polish lawyers with international experience and is able to operate and coordinate in Spanish while retaining access to and the support of all of Garrigues’ practices areas and areas of expertise, as well as its international network of offices.
